Hey gurlies. I am now officially done with my daily 20 challenge for the second time. Honestly, I feel really good I'm working out, but I think my food choices still suck. I've come to realize a lot it's also about what I eat rather than just in a deficit. I'm really stressed about this since that seems to be what has caused me to not really lose any weight this challenge period. It's like so stupid to me like why I love to be snacking sometimes and the fact I just have to deal with whatever foods I'm given that aren't the best option. And then on the weeks I don't get out control with eating, I still feel hungry in the deficit. And everything was literally going fine until fall break currently, can't imagine how winter break will break me down. And I know 10 lbs isn't even that hard to lose but I'm still struggling, so how can I even reach my goal I set losing 30 and losing like what 3-4 lbs a month. I'm probably going to have like a new post like in a month-is maybe more since I really think I need to lock in. Lemme know if u guys got suggestions. :/ (edited by moderator)
