Workout
I just started working out again after like 6-8 months of not working out. Started my second video which was abs after a leg workout. On to the 3rd (crunches) ab workout and then it happened. My abs contracted and would not let go. I couldn't stand straight and I couldn't move. I was bent over trying to breath through the pain and relax my abs. It would not listen to me. It moved from lower abs, to entire wall, upper abs, then back to lower. Took like 2 full min to relax. I dropped the ab workout for the day, but MY GOD would I not wish this on my worst enemy. Looked it up and it's pretty common especially for workout re-entry. Apparently I need more electrolytes. Has anybody else experience this? Did it happen again? I NEVER want to feel this again.
