Hey guys, I was wondering since there are only two challenges that explicitly concentrates on booty growth, which is the better. The goal is to build up muscle, having a bulkier thight is no issue. The thing is, I looked through the daily workouts and the 5 weeks booty challenge focuses a lot on abs. I don’t have an issue about it but I would prefer it if it would focus more on the butt. If you have already done it can you maybe tell me which one is the better?
