Hi!!! I am looking to have an insane growth in my glutes this winter before summer hits. My maintenance calories are 1,700 as I am short and young but I am currently eating 1,900 so I am in a slight surplus because I didn’t want to lose my abs but my abs are becoming less visible . I only have on pair of 5 pound dumbbells but I am going to buy some more and progressive overload is key to growth. But my question is how long will it take to see growth? Should I be eating more? How can I grow my glutes but keep my abs? And what Chloe Ting programs will help my achieve my goals and what machines or workouts should I do in the gym to help grow my glutes? How can I engage my glutes for better workouts? Thank you so much girlies and I appreciate every answer❤️🫶🏼
