I always wondered, are these workouts effective in men? I have not seen male followers on Chloe's social media and makes me realize if I am the only dude in this community who is trying to loose weight. I have been following Chole since 2017 but unfortunately I jave never been consistent with the program. I am talking about working out 2 weeks straight every 6 months or just one workout every 2 weeks. Due to this fact I cannot tell by my own experience if this exercises are useful for men. Perhaps there's fellow male followers will have actually completed consistent workout programs and have seen possitive results. It would be great if these dudes shouted out back to me ans shared their experiences.
