Hi all. Girls, I’m very interested to know how you use dumbbells together? I've been training with Chloe for 8 months now. I haven’t used weights in my workouts before, but this time I really wanted to add something, and I used juice cans for this 😂 since I don’t have dumbbells 😞. Each of them weighs almost 1700 kg. Do you think this is enough for the first time?
