Hey everyone,
I hear from people that they really started seeing results in the gym. And I went 2 times to the gym and I loved it.
I have been doing Chloe for like 6 months now and I see results but it’s very slow, I don’t eat junk food and I try to limit sugar. So my question is (to those that did Chloe and then went to the gym, is it really better? Also do you have tips to have the same results with home workouts as the gym?
