Has any of you experienced groin pain while working out?

About a month in after I started Chloe's workouts I started getting terrible groin pain. It eventually went away, but I'd still feel discomfort in that area from time to time. Recently I went on a 80km hike and by the end I was feeling a small tension there. I'll go on a 180km walk in a 10 days so I'm worried It'll come again. Have any of you experienced something similar or know what might be the cause? Could it be improper form or weak muscles in some area? Just for record I went to doctors when it was the worst and they said it's nothing so It's not a medical issue.
