I've been really impressed with the different programs and YES, they are all difficult, but I find I have a tough time bearing weight on my wrists and forearms. I can manage planks, but I can't manage many that focus on the upper body, place weight on one wrist at a time, etc.
I want to keep up with my two-week shred but I am going to have to find a different way to do the upper body workouts.
Any suggestions?
