So, i'm 14 years old and I gained some weight in 2 months last year. I was really slim and skinny before but in just a few months I became really chubby. I thought it was just puberty but all my friends looked the same as the last year. I ate normally except for that one time when I had my baking class in the summer. That baking class lasted for about 2 weeks and we would make 5 recipes 4 days a week. I always finished the food we baked and it was 10x more than i would normally eat, but after that I ate normal. I told my mom that this might've been the reason why I gained weight but she said theres no way since it's been so long ago, but i'm not so sure. (I'm currently 45 kg and 5,0ft tall btw. ) -from the Philippines.
my weight and my height is considered chubby in most parts of Asia, sadly.
Questions:
1. Will doing something like this affect your weight on the long-term?
2. I'm planning on losing 8 kg in one month. What programs can help me achieve that and how many calories do i need to eat a day?
