Last week at the gym, I noticed that my back/arms look uneven while recording my form for an exercise. My dominate side looks a lot more defined. I've only been attending the gym for about a month, but I'm worried I may have unintentionally used my dominant side more during exercises such as lat pull-downs and assisted pull-ups. Have any of you experienced this and do you have any tips for the quickest way to even it back out? Thank you for your input! I'll include a few photos so you see what I'm talking about.
