Fitness Discussion

Of course the more you train the easier it gets, but the last program has old videos in it and they felt slightly harder.   I vaguely remember how difficult it was to follow when I started, could be just my fitness level at that time though.   So what do you think?   Have you noticed that too? 

Have programs got less challenging? Is it just me?
