I remember when I was starting my fitness journey and I could only lateral raise 5 pound dumbells, today, 2 years later I can officially lateral raise 10 pound dumbells :) I was curious to see in what areas have you all increased in strength? Whether it be squats, upper body, holding an ab pose better. Any kind of strength improvement :)
