Hi guys! Any1 know any good LIGHTWEIGHT dinner ideas? I need it lightweight enough that it will support my weight loss (i dont have a problem with binge eating or snacking), I also feel really bad and nausea after eating heavy dinners. But at the same time I need it to be filling enough so I can have energy to workout (i dont perform as well without food). Little off topic but if you have any recipes that are south asian, specificially indian, it would really help as i dont necessarily make the meals as much, my mother does and she would find it easier if its something she already knows! But its okay if she doesnt know as she always loves trying new recipes from other places. Recently I've had paneer (with spices and like 2 vegetables roasted ect) and thats given me enough energy. Today ive had paneer parotha and thats also given me energy but I know i cant rely heavily on those, so any other would be helpful. Thanks! !

(p. S. snacks could help too for during my weekends! )
