Hi to everyone, i´m wondering whats a good average heartrate with working out and maybe whats too much or not enough, or maybe also how yours is to get a feeling for myself.
my average is around 145bpm and i reach the maximum (168-187bpm) for about 5% to 20% depending on the workout.
would describe myself as a beginner, and all those trackings from my smartwatch are overwealming. so i dont know at wich level i´m pushing too hard or maybe if there is a level that it shouldnt drop below to not having any benefits from training.
hope you can give me some suggestions if someone is tracking their workout for longer and have some ecperience. I dont need any medical advices, just some feedbackif you can =)
