Hello guys,
I'm doing Chloes Workouts for like 3-4 months now, mostly 4 times per week. The first month I lost weight but the last 1 ½ months I gained like 3-4 kg and I don't now why. I changed nothing in my routine. I'm not overeating or something like that.
I'm just really frustrated at the moment, because I can feel how my body gets stronger and feels fitter but these extra kilos bother me. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
