So I have started the 2019 2 week shred ! I gained weight over Covid and got to depressed and lazy to workout . BUT what I want to know is if there is anyone doing this challenge that isn’t on any type of diet at all ! I have an ED ..Last year I was hospitalised so I don’t have much muscle and im kind of weak ..! I eat bad and also have things like calorie shakes prescribed from the doctor..Which are obviously high in calories .. ! Also for reference im 5’10” and 69kg which is basically just all fat
So had anyone got good results with no diet? (edited by moderator)
