Help! I don't know where to start :(
Should I do a 2 week challenge or the recently released one (the one that's for 26 days)? I'm trying to lose some weight overall.
some more context -
I have time to workout for around an hour everyday
I've done some of chloe's previous workouts during covid (haven't we all haha) and my longest streak was 6 days 🤡 so yeah not the most consistent (edited by moderator)
