I had previoulsy lost about 10 lbs in one year but since october I've noticed that I've started gaining weight. I was at 123 and now i'm at 128 lbs. I feel discouraged. Got the feeling that all my efforts are in vain. I still trained 3-4 times a week, walk around 10 000 steps. But I struggled more with snacking around this time of the year. Any advices would be appreciated. Thanks
