Beginner
So i had school and now im on my holiday, so i took a break and i didn't do any workouts in school times. Now I can't do ANY workouts without feeling PAIN. LIKE I WAS A PRO AT THIS. Like i was so flexible now i am not, and yk the STARTING OVER like gives kinda disappointment from myself, and that feeling that " u shouldn't have been stopped" feeling.....
Any suggestions on how i can get my motivation back and my flexibility and strong core as well??
