I am trying to lose weight but also build muscles at the same time. But it feels like I am skinny AND fat. Like som parts of my body (my belly, my waist and my legs) are so fat meanwhile my arms, my over torso and the end of my legs is so SKINNY. And I don’t see any process no matter how much I workout, in fact I don’t even build a single muscle! And yes, I think that I workout the right way beacuse I feel it BURNING. However, am I the only one in this situation, and can someone help me to get my WHOLE body skinny but also build muscles at the same time?
