Hello everyone, I am a beginner and I want to lose weight. I started the 2024 weight loss schedule because it is suitable for beginners, but I face difficulties in exercises that include push-ups or alternating between high plank and low plank. I cannot do them at all, to the point that I skip this type of exercise. How can I become better? I want to do all the exercises perfectly, and I do not want my hands to sag. (edited by moderator)
