Hiii so I've been on a cal deficit for like a good month or 2 it's about 200-300 deficit I try to walk it off too (6k-11k total steps daily) I also have been doing some of these challenges for a week now but I have not been walking as much (5-7k steps total). The thing is, I have not noticed any changes in my weight or body at all this whole time which is super frustrating because my plan was to get skinner/lighter this summer. I just realized 130 this WHOLE time. What can be causing this? And YES I have been tracking carefully, I am guilty of some days overeating (rarely) but it's not super significant since usually I burn it off supposedly. I've been told numerous times that "if I'm not losing weight it's not a deficit" which is true but technically....it is? It's below my maintenance and honestly if I go any lower than my current calorie intake that would just be Ed. So is it just too early for results? Idk guys help!!!! (edited by moderator)
