Help me please im beginner

I am a beginner and I have no fitness at all in my body. The first schedule I chose to follow was The Weight Loss '24, but I felt frustrated because I could not implement all the movements! Can you help me choose or start with an easier schedule? My goal is to lose weight and get rid of excess weight and im 16 years old
