Workout
So as you can see, I am trying to get back at workout. I paused doing workouts for 3 months straight for some reasons. And now I am trying to start again. But you know it's so hard to get back to the consistency that you had. I am struggling so much with that right now. So here I am asking you guys for any advice on how to be consistent again. Because I know for the past three months my health got a lot dull. Like rn because of acid reflux and chest heaviness I am having trouble in breathing. So I want to get healthier.
Plus, give me any budget friendly diet plan or meal ideas that you have for loosing weight. I really need that too.
