I've been realy hesitatant to talk here about it bcs someone might think that im weird
For reference I'm 5 3 approx and my weight is 50kgs I've completed 3 programs but like my weight hasn't even changed one bit and its really frustrating and really hard for me because I've always been told im fat and bodyshamed now im at a health weight for my height but i want to look toned and get rid of a bit of belly fat just in my lower belly my upper belly is pretty ok but lower is like a small poovh kind of. I know that too look toned u have to do strength training but i donot have acess to weights or the gym and i do cardio workouts and also dp 25k steps a day and lind of have been eating around 1000 or plus caloriws amd i also enioy a sweet treat freq lol bcs im just a sucker for it amd I've had BED before so it is really hard for me to not eat ncs i know if i donot eat it now i will binge it later. Like I've recovered from it mostly but sweet things still trigger it so i just eat them but still after this ive not lost any weight like its so frustrating to me i searched chat gpt and it said to eat more protein so now i eat 100 grms of protien but that made me gain weight and it was very triggering for me pls hwlp out what do i do to make my body toned without strength training and how do i lose weight pls
