Help with options for reverse plank

In the past (about 6yrs ago) I partially tore my rotator cuff and was told it would heal on its own. But since the injury, I can't hold a reverse plank without pain or my arms tingling, like circulation has been cut off. Does anyone have an idea for an alternative to reverse plank that would work the same muscles?
