Good evening or good morning. I have a question. I have crucial exams this next two months... very, very important ones. They'll run from May until July 1st. I don't want to be lazy all day, and I also don't want to spend all my time exercising and neglecting my studies. Can anyone help me create a routine for this? Could I use YouTube videos I create, like doing cardio one day, legs the next, arms the next, waist the next, and so on... instead of a strict schedule with Chloe (because I can't stay in one exercise session for a full hour) temporarily until I get used to movement and activity? Then I can go back to Chloe's when I'm done. I wake up at 4 or 5 AM and go to bed at 11 PM.
