I am looking to stay connected on my fitness journey, and this is my first Chloe Ting Challenge I am doing 2024 weight loss challenge. I am on day 19 and I want to immediately go into the next challenge but I don't know which one I want to do any suggestions,? ? ? I would like to focus on weight loss and strength I don't want a lot of ab exercises to be the focus I would like to ramp up my fitness level without a lot of jumping. Any ways I may just repeat this one for now. but I would love to hear your favorites. :) (edited by moderator)
