Hi everyone! I'm new here and I just started the Chloe ting 2019 2 week shred challenge. I have tried this before too last year, but I didn't know much about exercise. I was wondering if there are any specific tips to achieve my goal? Like how many steps I should take, what I should eat, what activities I can do In my home to help me lose weight, etc . Because I can't go out much and It is sort of the reason why I'm gaining weight in the first place. So what should I do? Any suggestions or tips? (edited by moderator)
