I'm 10 months postpartum but also suffered a miscarriage a month ago (pregnant 20 weeks)
Are the 8 week weight loss programs suitable for me (I have no prior experience in body exercises etc. But wanted to start to get more fit and healthy (I am currently overweight). I don't want to do anything that will overwork my body considering what it's been through this past year.
Will it be safe for me to trial the summer 2018 weight loss 8 week program but just stop at the exercises that feel more of a burn?? Or should I not do them altogether? (edited by moderator)
