Hi everyone! This is just a quick question! When doing the hourglass workouts how long until u see a difference? I have done the 2024 hourglass and currently on 2019 hourglass
I have seen a small difference but was just wondering when the big difference will come in
I have seen many of ur before and after posts amd wondered how long it took
So u have experience PLSS tell me !
