Hi! I'm curious, how do you guys minimize stitches?

I'm an on-again off-again fitness enthusiast, and I would take ~6month breaks once finishing one of Chloe's programs.
Each time I start a new routine, I end up with immobilizing stitches right on my hip sides, and breathing or holding the pain never helps!
Does any one have any advice on what works for them to reduce these stitches?
I know regular exercise helps, but it usually leaves me breaking off the workout because I'd wait so long for some relief 😔
