Hey guys! I want your guy's opinion on HIIT workouts. I get demotivated and bored very fast so doing long, low intensity workouts. My goal is to lose weight, so instead of doing Chloe Tings programs I could just do a 3 week HIIT challage made by me lol. Would this be a good ideea and will I lose weight or should I just continue Chloe's workouts (even if they don't work that well for me)?
