Hi everyone. So I’ve tried Pilates but they weren’t working for me and I’m really trying to loose 10kgs by January and I’m not sure if HIIT is the best way to lose the weight fast. I’m also drinking a ton of water because I read up about this before I started and what I found is that drinking alot of water can be one of the main things that help you to lose weight. Please correct me if I’m wrong but I’m drinking 2L of water a day to try reduce my body fat. I also started the 2024 summer shred challenge in attempt to lose the weight I have. I’m currently 74.7kgs and my goal is 60kgs.
If anyone has any tips for me it would be very much appreciated🫶🏽
