Hey girlies. So I was diagnosed with PCOS about 6-8 months ago. I really tried the slow workouts like people suggest on TikTok and stuff but I gained 5 kgs since then. Now for 2 weeks I've been doing Chloe's weighted workouts and low impact HIIT and honest to GOD my body feels lighter and less bloating. No I do not have visible weight loss yet but I realised I was already able to complete some of the exercises from Chloe's 2026 Intense Core Challenge and today I STARTED the challenge and I feel gooood.
I just wanna know if anyone with PCOS here manage to see changes with Chloe's HIIT workouts. Would loveee to hear suggestions and experience from other PCOS girlies 🫶🏽
PSA: Im not only depending on workout, Im trying to eat more healthy and take more protein everyday and I swap the Plank Challenge workout with other strength training as planks can be quite too intense for my back.
