Hey so anyone of you are having problem to get rid of your hip dips. Like I lost weight before and gained a few pounds again so I'm at a loosing journey again but this time it seems difficult to get my hip dips in shape. And I'm not talking about the bone structure, I'm talking about the fat around your hips which cause your hip dips to look more prominent. If you're someone who had them and now it is gone, I'd like to ask which workouts or program helped you,...Or you can help me giving some specific diet tips too if that's helpful, though I'm maintaining my eating habits quite well.
