Workout
Today my right hip bone (maybe the muscles but it feels more like it’s the actual bone for some reason lol) started hurting, it wasn’t that bad rly and only when I took a step with my right foot. That was like 3 hours after I finished working out and during that I didn’t notice anything different or strange. But it got worse and I notice I walk different now trying to make it less painful. Originally I wanted to go for a long walk today but that wasn’t possible and I fear that the pain won’t disappear till tomorrow, what do you guys think should I sit it out and not workout or is that worth going to the doctors for? :,) did sth like that happen to any of y’all before?
