Beginner
It's been a long time since I exercised, and I keep coming across the same issue. Any exercise that requires me to lay on my back is a nightmare. The moment any weight settles onto my hips, it's painful. Which makes doing a few of the workouts a bit difficult. I'm not sure if anyone else has had to deal with this issue?
If you have, what did you do to alleviate the pain? I'm thinking the issue might be that the muscles are tight from spending a lot of time sitting, but I'm not entirely certain.
Thoughts?
