Hey! So whenever I’ve been doing exercises like ‘superman’ and ‘swimmers’ (all exercises where I have to lay down and move my hips) I’ve been getting pain just from the pressure (? ) of moving my hips to the floor. Does anyone else struggle with this or have any tips? I’ve been looking at some anatomy pics online and I think it’s my anterior superior iliac spine.
