I’d like to do strength training around 3 times a week at the gym, probably Monday- arms & back, Wednesday- core, Friday- glutes & legs. I doubt I’ll have much time during the school term because I have to study but I aim to stick to this schedule during holidays and after I graduate soon. How do I plan what workouts to do, how heavy I should lift, how many reps and sets to do, and what to do for the cool down and warm up?
