For the past two days, I really didn’t feel like exercising, but I pushed through and did it anyway. starting tomorrow, I have two rest days, and I’m looking forward to them, but at the same time, I’m scared to take a break because I’m afraid of losing my habit and motivation. how exactly do you motivate yourself to stay on track and work out even on days when you really don’t feel like it?
