Hi all. I am about halfway through the 2020 summer shred challenge. I had the idea of weighing myself every week, only with the intent on making sure that the changes that I also made to my diet are helping to contribute to my journey. Why is it that I am so afraid of seeing the number either stay the same, or go up? Even though I feel stronger than when I started, I have this never ending fear that my weight isn't going to change. Don't get me wrong, I fully understand that it isn't necessarily about the number on the scale but it should be about how you feel, but I can't seem to shake the fear. Does anyone else feel this way? How do you get over the discouragement?
