How do you dry your body?

Hi community! I’ve started regular workouts not too long ago, but have already completed the Pilates Challenge 2025 and the Get Toned Challenge 2025. Currently I’m in the Get Snatched Challenge 2026.

I have never had a lot of extra weight, but would still like to get rid of some kilos to get a “drier” body. Less fat and more muscles which are clearly visible. Which challenges would you recommend me doing next to achieve my goals? I was thinking of doing the shredding ones…

I’m also wondering, those who achieve great results would you say that you also try to keep days active apart from the scheduled workouts? For me it really depends on a day. For example, when I travel, I walk a lot! Today has been exploring Cyprus with my boyfriend and made like 20k steps, but it’s not the usual case of course.
