How do you get back on track?

I fell off track after my November exams, I didn't have time or energy to workout or even diet and felt that it was OK to take a break at the time but I just couldn't go back to working out or eating a balanced diet anymore.
I was previously suffering from binging and felt that it healed after limiting the amount of food I ate but I js went back to it. I would try to eat less but then I'd binge again in the evenings. What do i even do now?
I can't find the motivation anymore bc I keep trying and it doesn't help. I'm 160cm and 61kg and don't know how I should approach this situation with a very borderline weight that is subjective to so many websites saying its fat and other saying its healthy weight. I can even properly figure out what to do if ur ectomorph, endomorph or mesomorph. (edited by moderator)
