Whenever I do workouts I stretch before and after and make sure I’m not pushing myself TOO hard but always end up with really sore muscles.
It makes doing workouts super hard as I get really shaky because of it. I would just take a rest day but the really sore muscles last for a couple of days and by then I usually don’t feel motivated to work out anymore.
I did Day 1 of the summer shred challenge two days ago and rested yesterday because my muscles were too sore. I want to pick it back up today (and probably will do so) but wanted to see if anyone had any advice!
