Workout
Do you guys do all the videos for a day at one go? Or do you break it during the day, like 2-3 videos in the morning and remaining in the evening or such? How do working ladies are managing their workouts when time is the constraint? Because for me my sleep schedule gets messed up sometimes due to work. Some days, I have more work so have to work for more than 12 hours straight. Some days, I have to join early for work. So my morning schedule gets messed up sometimes. I plan to workout at particular time but then suddenly work comes. I don't get much time in the evening because of client working hours, but yeah I can manage to do at least 1 video.
But the thing is, are the workouts effective if I break them during the day? What do you guys suggest? Are you facing similar difficulties? How are you managing your work and workouts?
