For those who track body part measurements, how to you do it? I think I'm measuring incorrectly because I'm just rough estimating the mid way point on thigh and arms. Waist is easy because of using the belly button as a marker, but how should I hold my stomach, suck in some, normal breathing, or something else?
My arm measurements show my arms getting bigger, which I don't want. It also shows my hips getting bigger, which is weird, but not bad. Could there be muscle under the fat there that makes it bigger? I might be losing fat on my thighs though, and that's neat if True(2 inches! )(but theres no way right? ).
For reference I try to measure weekly, and started measuring May 20th, so not yet a full month.
Thanks for reading!
