I’ve been using an Apple watch to track my heart rate and how many calories I burn during workouts and I’m wondering how many calories I should strive to burn during each workout to lose weight? And is there much of a difference between the “active” calories and the total calories? I’m new to keeping track of calories and would appreciate any advice for a range I should strive for!
