I'm having trouble explaining my question properly so I apologize.
So yknow how your body naturally burns calories for energy and thats just how many you'd burn on an average day, but some people workout in order to burn extra calories alongside those naturally burned calories.
What I'm asking is basically alongside naturally burned calories what would be a safe amount of extra calories to burn off by working out? Is it possible to burn too many extra calories through working out?
